Structure and working machine

• We are engaged in manufacturing, exporting and supplying a wide range of Flexographic Printing Machine. This machine is widely used for the printing of paper, board and corrugated sheets with water & solvent based ink. Manufactured in compliance with set industrial benchmarks, the machine is provided with hard chromium plated impression roller for sharp impression, best quality printing and excellent Durability.
• The machine is consisting of two chambers. Each chamber is meant for individual color connected with casted intermediate binders.
• Rectangular blocks with eccentric bushes with self-aligned ball bearings to hold one neoprene coated MS shell and one anilox roll to transfer color to the stereo, color tray, tray cover.
• Endless nylon synthetic conveyor belt with belt tightening device at the rear end. Front platform with margin setter.
