Structure and working machine
This machine is very useful in the process of making box from Corrugated board.
Board is first passed through Four bar or Two bar rotary cutting and creasing machine to get length wise creasing on the board and also to cut board in correct width required
The machine clutches:

Motor is used to start protection device, If the machine is not fixed, the main energy will unable to start.
Lead edge feeding system:
Suction motor auxiliary feeding it can just air volume according to the cardboard bending degree so that make sure to deliver the paper smoothly.
Adopt Taiwan roller type lead edge position automatic feeding mechanism,

Feeding paper counters, setting, display production quantity. Automatic alarm.
Automatic return to zero device:
Paper feeding part, printing part, electric automatic zero-returning and creasing memory.
The general carton uses the automatic zero-returning device, the plate wiping memory, the trial printing two sheets can be adjusted to the correct position, and the waste of the paper board is reduced.
Feeding roller:
The up-feeding roller external diameter is the solid steel. The surface of the steel tube is enduring decay rubber and could make balance correction.
The bottom feeding roller external diameter is Φ136mm Embossed hard chromium plating.
The feeding roller gap is manual adjustment. The adjustment range is 1.2～10mm.
Dust-extraction unit:
A brush can remove impurities from the printing surface of board and improve the printing quality
